Rani Rao Innes draws on 40 years’ experience as an English language teacher and teacher trainer in several countries, vice principal in a sixth form college in the UK, and a senior business training consultant for the British Council. She specialises in presenting in-company courses in business writing skills, presentation skills, business etiquette, leadership and negotiation skills, non-verbal communication, professional development through NLP as well as training in pronunciation, accent neurtralisation, interview and telephone skills. Rani has regularly presented courses of her own as well as on behalf of organisations like the British Council, London School of international Communication and Communicaid. She has trained delegates from private and public sectors in countries like Malaysia, the UK, Japan, Belgium, Morocco, Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sri Lanka and India in a variety of business communication, cultural awareness and soft skills courses. With a background in English language (DELTA) and literature (MA), she is also a licenced NLP master practitioner NLP having trained with the co-creator of NLP, Richard Bandler and other trainers in the UK.
